Do your new chairs come with a warranty period?

  • Yes, most office chairs purchased through us come with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty.

I like your products but want to make a large order and need an invoice?

  • If you are purchasing multiple chairs for your business and would like an invoice for a purchase order rather than purchasing directly through our website then please contact us. I like a chair in your online store but want it personalised. Can you help?

  • Yes, please contact us. As most of our chairs are made locally here in Perth we are able to change the shape of some of the components. For example, we can make the seat and back support bigger or smaller, add or take off arms, change the height of the gas lift or cover in a range of fabric colours and materials. When will our new chairs be delivered once our order is placed?

  • As most of our chairs are made here in Perth, our delivery times are faster than if you purchase products from overseas or over east. If you have a specific timeline, please contact us and we can discuss your needs and get back to you with a specific delivery time. Our office chairs are delivered assembled and ready to use.

FAQs (Repairs)

Why does my chair no longer go up and down?

  • The gas lift mechanism in your chair needs to be replaced. Chair Guru do not re-gas but instead remove the gas lift and replace with a new one. This is a quick repair that can usually be completed on site at your office in our mobile repair van.

Do you take the chair away for repairs?

  • Chair Guru try to repair office chairs on site with our mobile repair van. When this is not possible the chair will be taken back to our workshop for repairs and returned to you as soon as possible. Sometimes a replacement chair can be provided for you to use.

Can you check and service the office chairs in our building?

  • Yes, Chair Guru can do yearly checks and services of all of your chairs when requested. Chairs that require new gas lifts, or castors or repairs to arms can be fixed as required. For some large corporate clients, Chair Guru does annual audits of all of their chairs to ensure that they are in good working order and not at risk of injuring staff.
