Adjusting Your Chair For Your Ergonomic Needs

When adjusting your chair for your unique needs, consider these three factors:

- Lumbar support: The curve of the chair should follow the natural curve of your back

- Seat height: Your knees should sit equal or lower than your hips with your feet firmly on the floor or a footrest

- Arm rests: Your elbows should rest at their natural height on the arm rest

Watch this video as a guide for how to adjust your chair’s seat height, back support and tilt in order to achieve the best back support and working conditions. Your chair’s levers may be located in a different positions to this example.
